The college application process is a very exciting time.

There is so much to learn and uncover. From the high school courses you complete to the resume you build to the colleges you visit, the journey can be an excellent time for exploration. It can also be daunting. We are here to make the college process as simple and stress-free as possible. We assist families in identifying a student’s passions, interests, and goals and then identify a wide range of colleges that will meet the students’ needs. With personal attention and in-depth knowledge of colleges and their respective programs, we get to know students and their families and guide them to several options that could be “a perfect fit.”

Our approach is organized, ethical, and practical.

Whether you are just starting to think about college or need that last push to finish your applications, we advise all of our students with warmth, care, and integrity. With an unparalleled knowledge of different college campuses and a strong commitment to staying current and informed, it is our mission to help students. We adhere to the code of ethics and professional practices of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). It our greatest passion to help students celebrate what makes them special and unique.

Why do you need an independent college counselor?

As independent college counselors, we take much of the stress and anxiety out of the college process and act as an objective, third-party, helping families through the process of transitioning from high school to college. We work with families to provide objective advice, serve as a sounding board, offer a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience, and deliver individualized attention. We have visited these schools and have placed many students there and understand the admissions process. We advise families every step of the way and keep our students on track, ensuring they meet deadlines ahead of schedule. In our opinion, success is judged not by gaining admission, but by a successful experience wherever a student chooses to matriculate.
